Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

Dry Needling

Dry needling is a treatment technique whereby a sterile, single-use, fine filament needle (acupuncture needle) is inserted into the muscle to assist with decreasing pain and improving function through the release of myofascial trigger points (knots in muscle).

Chiropractic

Chiropractic adjustment is a procedure in which trained specialists (chiropractors) use their hands or a small instrument to apply a controlled, sudden force to a spinal joint. The goal of this procedure, also known as spinal manipulation, is to improve spinal motion and improve your body's physical function.
Low back pain, neck pain and headache are the most common problems for which people seek chiropractic adjustment.

Sports Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation is the restoration of optimal form (anatomy) and function (physiology).
Rehabilitation enables individuals of all ages to maintain or return to their daily life activities, fulfill meaningful life roles and maximize their well-being

Back Pain Management

Physiotherapy is a type of treatment that helps to improve the movement and function of your joints and muscles. If you have back pain, physiotherapy can help to reduce it and get you back to normal mobility. It can also help you to make changes that reduce the chances of hurting your back again.

Osteopathy

Osteopathy is a method of assessing, treating and preventing a wide range of health problems. Osteopaths use a combination of movement, stretching, targeted deep tissue massage and manipulation of a person’s muscles and joints to improve function, relieve pain and aid recovery.

The Benefits of
Physical Therapy

Physiotherapy has over the years proved its effectiveness in helping patients in restoring their health and enhancing their physical strength, function and mobility

When Do You Need A Physiotherapist

Physiotherapy has a wide range of specialties and people can take physiotherapy for any of the following medical issues: Back Pain, Paralysis, Parkinson’s Disease, Post Heart Attack

A physiotherapist can also give you specific advice that you can apply to everyday activities to look after yourself and reduce your risk of pain or injury.

Manual therapy by physiotherapist can help in : pain and stiffness, improve blood circulation, help fluid drain more efficiently from parts of the body, improve the movement of different parts of the body, promote relaxation

Benefits of Chiropractic

The majority of people are aware that chiropractic can help lessen back pain. However, there are some advantages of seeing your chiropractor consistently that are less well-known. These benefits may just make your life happier.

It helps bring about natural recovery. Whereas most other treatment options include the use of medications, surgery, or injection therapy; chiropractic care encourages your body in treating itself naturally.

It can reduce digestive problems. If you have a hard time with digestion, frequent chiropractic visits can often reduce symptoms.

You improve your sleep. When you’re not affected by spinal pain, your standard of sleep improves, supporting you to feel more energized and focused.

It can reduce your blood pressure. If the spine is misaligned, body functions — like your blood pressure — aren’t properly maintained, elevating your risk of these types of health issues.
